West hosted East in an action-packed evening of volleyball across all three teams on September 25, 2025.
In their first matchup, West’s A- Team battled through three games to come out on top. The first game was a nail-biter at 25-23, East answered back 25-13 in the second, but West sealed the victory with a decisive 15-8 win in the third. The ladies showed excellent teamwork and grit, with standout performances from Kena Kimathi and Kherington Frazier, alongside key contributions from the entire roster through strong digs, serves, sets, and volleys.
West’s B-Team secured victory in straight sets, 25-23 and 25-21. Anaghya Nandra, Aditi Nutheti, and Amina Hashim led the charge with precision serving, each going on runs of five or more points. Shradda Makam stepped in clutch for an injured teammate, while the squad’s serve-receive and net play shined. It was a well-earned team win with every player making an impact.
West’s C-Team remains unbeaten, improving to a 3-0 season record. After a tight first set win (25-22), a let-up in game two forced a third match. Krithika Neela anchored the defense with key digs, while Balineni’s dominant serving—13 points between the final two games—catapulted West to a 15-9 victory and the series win.
It was a banner night for West volleyball, with all three teams showcasing determination, resilience, and team spirit on their way to victory.
