The Coppell Middle School West Wranglers finished their season this week with a loss on the road against the Grapevine Middle School Ponies. The final score of the game was 15 to 6. The first half of the game was a battle back and forth between the two teams' defenses and the Ponies managed to go into halftime with a lead of 6 to 0. In the second half, the Ponies scored again making the score 15 to 0. In the 4th quarter, the Wranglers put together an excellent offensive drive, led by quarterback, Nevin Palmer. They managed to score a touchdown, but were unable to get the onside kick and tie the game. On defense, Nevin Palmer and Temid Daibo led the Wranglers in tackles.
