The Lady Wranglers traveled to Heritage to take on the Lady Broncos which turned out to be some great matches!
The C Team went into 3 sets taking the 1st set 25-21, but couldn't quite hang on to the last 2. A tough server came up in the second set with 6 serves in a row and the girls couldn't seem to get it back. It was still a back and forth match, but Heritage took the win 25-22. The last set was close, but West couldn't serve receive and Heritage took the last 3 points into a victory 15-11 to win 2-1.

The B Team did a much better job of communicating and serve receiving, but couldnt get out of serve receive with on Heritage server who got 10 points in a row. The girls finally got out of it and Siya Patel came up to the line to get them back in the game and cut the lead to 5 points, but the girls couldn't finish the set and lost 20-25 and Heritage took the other set as well with a score of 25-16.

The A Team showed major improvements with serve receive and working together as a team to get bump, set, spike! There were a few missed hits, but what really hurt the girls were too many serves. The girls were close throughout the whole 1st set, but a server came up and got 5 points on them and the girls couldn't get it back. The girls lost the first set 17-25 and then the second 15-25, but there were major improvements all across the board!
The girls will host next week at Coppell West to take on a tough Cross Timbers Team!
