This was our week to start with 3 teams and C team had the privilege of starting the night in our home gym for the first time. We looked a little intimidated as we started, but kept up with the Indian Springs girls pretty well. Our serving was much improved, as over half of our girls made it over the net. Our weakness was in moving our feet to the ball and returning when they were able to serve over the net. We will continue to focus on talking and positioning so that we can become increasingly confident in the abilities that are starting to develop.

The A and B teams had another tough night this week. The B team hung in there, but once we got into a hole, it was tough to get ourselves out. We struggled getting good passes on both teams and just couldn’t quite put enough together to get the ball over the net. A team’s serve receive struggled against Indian Springs servers, and we stopped talking and moving. The girls know exactly what they need to work on for next week! Our B team players of the game were Vibha Vedigiri and Jia Gupta. Our A team players of the game were Sophia Tran, and Meera Patel.
