This week the Coppell Middle School West Wranglers took on the Coppell East Broncos in their last home game. The Wranglers were energized by the home crowd and played great from start to finish! Andrew Ma made great moves going to the basket, Samardh Talagadadeevi grabbed several rebounds and shot the ball well, Da’Wayvein Witcher played great defense and scored several times on the fast break. In addition, Ritvesh Achivenkata made several shots and handled the ball well, Prabhav Pola handled the Broncos full-court press well, and Rithik Reddy Dakash Shetty played well off the bench. The Wranglers will be looking to keep their winning streak going next week as they take on the Vista Ridge Panthers on the road.

7th Grade B:
West: 32
East: 26
The Coppell Middle School West Wranglers took on cross-town rivals the Coppell Middle School East Broncos this week. The Wranglers started the game on fire! The Wrangler's field goal percentage was high, and they played great defense. The Wranglers held the Broncos without a point in the first quarter. The Broncos made some adjustments and slowly chipped away at the Wrangler lead. The Wranglers ended up winning 32-26. The Wranglers will look to finish out the regular season on the winning ending next week as they take on the Vista Ridge Panthers on the road.

7th Grade C:
West: 18
East 28

The Coppell Middle School West Wranglers lost their home game this week to the Coppell Middle School East Broncos. The final score of the game was 28 to 16. It was a close game throughout the first half, but the Broncos were able to build a solid lead in the second half of the game. East was able to control the rest of the game and came away with the victory. Wrangler guard, Renish Joshi, led the Wrangler offense in scoring with 9 points on the game. Center, Philip Fordjour, led the team in rebounds. Hrishi Athota and Vincent Nguyen also contributed in rebounding throughout the game. Next week, the Wranglers will play their last game of the season on the road against the Vista Ridge Middle School Panthers.
