The Lady Wranglers had a tough game last night versus a well oiled Wilson Wildcat team. But we didn’t give them the night for free. Our A team served well and did their best against a tough Wilson offense, but they stacked up well against an experienced team. Our girls worked really well together, they communicated and they learned to utilize our own strengths to our benefit. Our players of the game this week were Hannah Polito for her effort on offense and Riya Suresh for their effort on defense! We look forward to finishing our last 3 games of the season strong!

Our B and C team started off strong in their matches and gave an undefeated Wilson team a run for their money a few times throughout the night. Both teams served well, but both teams struggled to cover the middle of the court against the tips and roll shots from Wilson. We struggled a little on serve receive but we communicated well and we can see the pieces falling together for us in a few areas. Our players of the game for B team were Jamyson High-Williams, and Bianca Podval. Our C team player of the game was Bhakthi Narayan.

Congratulations on a tough but successful night. We are working toward a win going into our game next week when we take on Trinity Springs Middle School.
