The Wranglers wrapped up their season this past Tuesday when the traveled to Trinity Springs Middle School in Keller. It was another sluggish start for the Wranglers as they failed to get into the end zone in the first half and went into halftime down 20-6. A resurgence in the 2nd half from the defense would lead to a great effort in the second half. The Wranglers began the 3rd quarter on offense and drove all the way down the field until an untimely fumble on the 1 yard line sent the defense back out to the field. The defense would hold tight and the Wrangler offense would get the ball back on the 1 yard line after Trinity Springs went for it on 4th down. Phillip Fordjour would hammer the ball into the end zone for the Wranglers lone touchdown on the night. Evan Baltimor would cause a fumble on the ensuing kickoff but the offense was able to answer, and the Wranglers fell 6-20. The Wranglers now head to the basketball court looking to defend last years district championship!
