On Thursday, November 21, 2024, the Lady Wranglers stayed at home to compete against the Colleyville Heritage Broncos. It was an eventful night, filled with hard defense and big shots. However, one team was able to still come out with a victory, holding onto a undefeated season thus far.

As our B Team started off the night, it was close from the very start. Losing in the beginning by 6, the Lady Wranglers had to work hard at communicating, moving the ball down the court quick, and putting in a press for the first time in their season as a team. With Ishani Dash's quick rebounding and defensive skills, and Alia Ghuznavi with her quick reaction time and smart shots, the Lady Wranglers were able to lead their team to a victory at the end of their game. The final score was 18-14.

As for the A Team, the night was long and it was a rough game. With a defense that was hard to get by, and an offense that specialized in ball movement and shooting longer ranged shots, the Lady Broncos were a force to be reckoned with throughout the night. However, the Lady Wranglers fought hard in keeping their name present - with shots being taken at every chance, quick ball movement and communication. Unfortunately, the Lady Wranglers ended up losing, with the final score being 58-12.

Finally, it was the C Team's turn to take the lead. They came onto the court ready to fight for the ball and prepared to jump at the opportunity to. fast break at any given moment. With Jenny Wu at the front of the team, speeding past defenders and getting her team down the court, Paula Palacio work on guarding the ball and her teammates from unwanted defenders. Unfortunately, the Lady Wranglers lost with a final score of 27-13.

The Lady Wranglers will continue their season after the break - facing the Coppell East Broncos away on Wednesday, December 4, 2024.
